Ok, so it came down to the question...which is worse...the couch and chair as is, old, out-dated, and worn out, or...slip covers. Well, as much as I dislike slip covers, it was better than the original. Plus, I'm the first to sit on it and I don't have to wonder who sat on the couch before I got here.
I also needed new curtains and Wal-Mart wasn't helping, so I used a sheet that I had and made some. This inspired me to move my furniture around too. I can't wait to go to bed and sleep in a new corner...hopefully I don't run into the wall/ceiling when the alarm goes off in the morning!

I like your slip-covers! I also like the way you moved your bedroom around. It is always fun to move things, it seems like new again.
